| 摘 要： | 价值多元论与社会整合之间的张力是自由主义面临的困境之一。罗尔斯的“重叠共识”理念是人们对社会基本政治制度、宪法原则及价值观所达成的一种共识，是在排除各种分歧的意见之后所留下的理性共识，政治的正义观念是重叠共识的核心。罗尔斯对重叠共识面临的批判进行了辩护。重叠共识理念有益于化解自由主义面临的困境，约翰·格雷的“权宜之计”理念对罗尔斯的“重叠共识”理念的批判是无力的。
