摘    要:连锁经营是经济全球化语境下的现代企业制度创新的选择之一,其理念和模式的联动性和综合性都极大地推动了现代企业突破瓶颈、塑造品牌、抢占分众市场、谋求核心竞争力的重要手段。而在现代管理进入人文、艺术化管理层面的背景下,企业文化作为一种价值理念已经越来越深入且有效地推动了企业经营管理模式的创新之中,优质的企业文化往往正向激励着企业管理不断地走向细节化、专业化和人性化。

Abstract:Chain management is the choice of innovation of the modern enterprise system in the context of economic globalization.The concept and mode of the linkage and comprehensiveness have greatly promoted the modern enterprise to break through the bottleneck,build up brand and the market,seek the preemptive points,and gain the core competitiveness.However,when the modern management involves the humanities and art,the enterprise culture as a value idea has been deeply and effectively promoting the enterprise management mode of innovation.Enterprise culture of high quality is promoting the enterprise management toward specific,specialization and humanization.
