论项目管理在教师培训中的应用

在当今教师培训的管理中,"项目管理"的管理方式逐渐受到学界的重视,并在教师培训项目的实施中广泛的得到应用。实施"项目管理",不能超越管理的相关红线;要制定管理的目标体系,实行岗位目标责任制;要建立灵活、高效、有序的项目管理秩序;要以教学优先、质量为本,在培训中实施人性化管理;对项目主持人管理自主权利的监放要适度;要严格按上级行政管理的规范进行财务管理,坚持财务自律,实行经费的审批、支付、账目分离管理;要加强信息交流与沟通,及时解决管理中出现的各种问题,重要问题实行预案制度。

The Application of Project Management in Teacher Training

In the management of teacher training today,the "project management" has been gradually taken seriously in academia.It has also been applied in the implementation of the teacher training project.To carry out the "project management",we can not go beyond the red line of management.Rather,we should develop the target system,put the implementation of the job target responsibility system into practice,and create a flexible,efficient and orderly project management order.Further,we should give priority to teaching,highlighting quality and humane management training.It is suggested that the Project Leader manage their own affairs and the financial management be in strict accordance with the norms of the superior administration.It is important to adhere to the financial self-discipline,separating the approval of funds from payment and accounts.What′s more,it is imperative to enhance information exchange and communication,so as to timely solve various problems in the management and to implement pre-arranged plans concerning important affairs.
