经济转型下法律的转质

我国自改革开放以来着力进行着经济模式的转变,社会主义市场经济是目标,经济转型促使法律制度应势变革。为此我国颁布了数目巨大的法律法规,这些法律在一定程度上促进了经济的发展,但是,与此同时,引发了众多法律无法解决的纠纷和矛盾。文章力求阐释我国立法所存在的突出问题及其解决路径。

Transformation of Law in the Economic Transition

Much importance has been attached to the change of economic patterns since reform and opening-up for socialist market economy.Furthermore,the legal system has to be reformed in the context of economic transition.Therefore,a great number of laws and regulations have been promulgated,which facilitate the progress of economic to a certain extent.However,multitudinous disputes and conflicts which cannot be resolved with the law have consequently arisen.The paper will thus strive to clarify the prominent problems on our legislation and find the corresponding solutions.
