| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪以来,中印建立了面向和平与繁荣的战略合作伙伴关系。中印战略合作伙伴关系必将深化和密切两国在政治、外交、安全、文化交流等多领域全方位的合作,同时也将影响亚洲和整个世界形势。中印战略合作伙伴关系是具有全球意义的双边关系。发展中印战略合作伙伴关系在面临种种挑战的同时也面临着前所未有的机遇。
