防治高校学术腐败的思考

对腐败一词的不同认识导致了人们对高校学术腐败的认知差异。高校学术腐败的判定应以客观事实为依据,以行政权力和学术权力的滥用为标准。学术教育的缺失、功利化的浮躁心态、制度设计的缺陷以及社会环境的不良影响是高校学术腐败产生的主要原因。高校必须以教育清腐为前提,以制度防腐为根本,以管理抑腐为重点,以环境净腐为保证,才能取得学术腐败的防治效果。

A Reflection on Preventing College and University Academic Corruption

Different understanding of corruption led to people′s cognitive differences in the academic corruption of college and university.The judgment of the academic corruption of college and university should be based on objective facts,with the abuse of the administrative and academic power as the reference.The lack of academic education,utilitarian blundering mentality,defects of system design and bad influence of social environment are the main causes to produce academic corruption of the college and university.To prevent academic corruption,the college and university must first give a full play of education,and then highlight system construction,enhance management,and create a clear environment.
