“后奥运”时代中国运动员的“后运动”生涯探析

北京奥运会上中国体育代表团在竞赛成绩方面取得了前所未有的大丰收。而很多奥运冠军们的命运也随着金牌的到手而发生了改变。后奥运时代已经到来,有的功成身退,有的继续坚守。探讨"后奥运"时代中国运动员的"后运动"生涯,加大"体教结合"的力度,整合社会多元力量,拓宽运动员就业渠道,为优秀体育人才步入社会提供更丰富的土壤,是我们当前亟待解决的和研究的课题。

"Post-Sport"Career of Chinese Athletes in the "Post-Olympic Games" Period

In the Beijing Olympic Games,the Chinese sports delegation had reaped an unprecedentedly good harvest in the contests.The fate of the Chinese Olympic champions had whereafter undergone changes after they won the gold medals.At the time of "Post-Olympic Games",some of these champions still hold fast to the sports career while others have retired after winning merits.Therefore,it has become an important program to conduct researches on "Post-Sport"career of Chinese athletes in the "Post-Olympic Games" period.It is hoped to reinforce the "combination of physical culture with teaching" and to bring social forces into play so as to create more opportunities of employment for retired athletes.
