摘    要:当今中国食品安全法律法规体系建设的日臻完善,并未有效阻止食品安全事件的再次发生,表明食品安全单纯依靠法律治理存在着一定的局限。道德可以超越食品安全法律治理的不足,实现食品安全的源头治理与内在自律。道德与法律在食品安全治理中相互支持,能够有效保障食品安全,提升食品安全水平。

Abstract:Food carries the value of life,and food safety is the biggest issue of people’s livelihood.However,the improvement in current Chinese laws and regulations on food safety system construction does not effectively prevent the food safety incidents,suggesting that food safety dependent on legal management has a certain limitation.Morality may be beyond the laws of food safety management deficiencies,to achieve food safety source management and internal self-discipline.Morality and law in the food safety management are expected to be supported mutually so as to ensure food safety and raise the level of food safety.
