| 摘 要： | 本文以有关国家与市民社会关系的学术争论为出发点，从理论上探讨中国国家与市民社会两者互动关系中，“正和博弈”的可能性及其意义，特别强调“新人民主权论”在新型关系模式构建中的积极意义。以期形成一种社会与国家间的非对称性的权力制衡。

| Abstract: | The article starts from the academic controversial on the Relationship between the State and the Citizens,It explores,in the theoretical sense,the possibility and significance of positive sum game considering such a relationship.It highlights the positive meaning of "the new popular sovereignty" in the construction of the new relationship.It is hoped to establish an asymmetry check and balance of power between the society and the state. |
