| 摘 要： | 研究生党员继续教育是研究生党建的重要内容,也是培养高层次优秀人才的重要途径。本文根据研究生群体特征对党员继续教育的影响,阐述了开展继续教育的时代意义,对如何结合研究生群体的特点来创新研究生党员的继续教育提出了对策。

| Abstract: | The continuing education of graduate Party members is an important part of the Party construction work for graduate Party members, as well as an essential solution to the development of high - level talents. Based on the impact of graduate group characteristics on continuing education, this paper illustrates the epic significance of the work. Meanwhile, the paper puts for- ward measures on how to innovate continuing education of the Party construction work for graduate Party members considering graduate group characteristics. |
