| 摘 要： | 本文论述了唐太宗李世民对河西走廊一带的经营方略和具体举措，以及围绕这一经营活动在朝廷内部所展开的论争。文章认为，李世民着眼于经营河西、开发西北的政治实践，表现了他高人一筹的远见和智慧。
