生活质量与需要满足:五十年来中国社会福利研究概述

社会福利是国家社会经济政策议程的核心议题，社会政策与经济政策的关系是世界性前沿课题。作者采取文献回顾方法，首次将社会变迁与结构转型中的中国社会福利理论研究与政策模式分为六个基本阶段，并简要描述各阶段基本特征。在此基础上，分析了中国社会福利理论研究与政策模式“欠发达”的基本原因，并提出相关理论解释。

Quality of Life and Need Satisfaction: A Study on Social Welfare in China for Past Fifty Years

Social welfare is a core issue on the social and economic policy of a state. The relationship between social policy and economic policy is a forward academic subject in the world. The author uses literature review method, for the first time divides the theory studies on social welfare and policy model into six main developmental stages and analyses its basic characteristics under the context of social change and structural transition. Based on that, the author analyses the basic reasons of China's underdevelopment in the theoretical studies on social welfare and policy model and raises relevant theoretical explanations.
