分配公平话语中的哲学层面

国内学术界关于分配公平问题的探讨已开始走出偏重于政策性的解释模式，理论视角部分移向了哲学层面的反思。这些问题主要表现为分配公平标准的难以确定．分配公平的主观性和客观性的分歧，分配公平与市场体制的内在关系的争论，研究方法上的局限性等。这些问题的存在说明对分配公平的进一步深入研究仍然是学术界所面临的艰巨任务。

The Philosophical Level on Debate of Distributive Justice

The discussion on distributive justice in China＇s academic circles begins to come out of the explanatory model which emphased on policy and its theoretical perspective transfers to the reflection of the philosophy. These problems include the difficulties to determine the standard of distributive justice, the disagreement on subjectivity and objectivity of distributive justice, the argument on internal relations between distributive justice and market system, limitations on the research methods, and so on. The existence of these problems shows that study of distributive justice indepth is still a challenging task for the academic circles.
