| 摘 要： | 加强法律类公共课建设,是高校普法教育工作的重要途径,其不仅有利于高校培养高素质复合型人才,而且对提高大学生的法律意识和权利意识,树立正确的理想信念有重要作用,但目前高校法律类公共课的教学现状却不容乐观.对此,应该提高高校法律类公共课的地位,加强师资队伍建设,改进教学方式,使学生有兴趣“学法”,进而“懂法”和“守法”,最终成为社会主义法治社会的合格建设者.

| Abstract: | Strengthenin the construction of the public course of law is an important way of legal education in universities, It is not on- ly conducive to the cultivation of high - quality talents, and also important to improve the students＇legal consciousness and right consciousness, and help them setting up the right ideal. But the current situation of university＂ s legal public courses construction is not optimistic. So the status of public course of law should be improved, and then strengthen the construction of teaching staff, improve teaching methods. Just in this way, the students will be able to ＂learn the law＂, and then ＂know the law＂ and ＂obey the law＂. and finally become tmalified builders of socialist country law. |
