| 摘 要： | 在社会主义社会,人们之间的利益差别和利益矛盾仍然存在。构建社会主义和谐社会,必须妥善化解和正确处理方方面面的利益矛盾。这就需要建立健全科学有效的社会利益整合机制,包括社会利益协调机制、诉求表达机制、矛盾调处机制和权益保障机制,使全体人民共享改革发展的成果。

| Abstract: | Distinctions and conflicts of interests between us exist in the socialist society all the same.To construct a socialist harmonious society, we should dispose all conflicts of interests appropriately and properly.Therefore,a scientific and effective mechanism is indispensable,which consists of the corresponding mechanism,the appealing mechanism,the mediating and disposing mechanism as well as the rights and interests guaranteeing mechanism,ensuring the people's sharing of the accomplishments of reformation and improvement. |
