我国反就业歧视立法的法理分析

摘    要:目前在我国就业领域中存在着相当严重的就业歧视现象,可以说我国反就业歧视立法还存在诸多不足,对于反就业歧视立法问题的研究是重要的和必要的,反就业歧视立法是保障人权的内容,是社会正义的要求,我们应该在借鉴国外成熟的反就业歧视立法的基础上,尽快制定单性的《反就业歧视法》,以保障人权,促进社会正义。

Abstract:The employment discrimination phenomenon in China is becoming serious.The Legislation of Employment against Discrimination in China is not perfect.It is very important and necessary to research the problem of the Legislation of Employment against Discrimination.The Legislation of Employment against Discrimination is the content of guaranteeing human right and the requirement of social justice.We should set down the Legislation of Employment against Discrimination as soon as possible on the basis of borrowing the foreign mature legislation of employment against discrimination in order to guarantee human rights and promote society justice.
