| 摘 要： | 作为一种新型的企业组织,科技企业孵化器在建设创新型国家的过程中具有着重要的社会功能。这些功能主要体现在四个方面:促进科技成果转化,培育中小企业集群;构造创新网络平台,推动区域科技创新;促进产业结构优化,加快区域经济发展;促进社会就业,优化城区形态。
