| 摘 要： | 在以经济建设为中心的基本路线指引下,我国经济从20世纪80年代开始高速发展。然而在工业经济快速发展的同时,环境形势也愈来愈严峻,如何正确处理经济发展和环境保护的关系,实现两者"双赢",已成为全社会普遍关注的重要问题。本文结合浙江省遂昌县大田村可持续发展模式,就经济发展与环境保护的关系进行探讨,提出实现两者"双赢"的对策。

| Abstract: | From the 1980s,the economy in China has got rapid development under the guidance of the basic line for focusing on economic construction. However,with the rapid development of the industrial economy,the environmental situation is increasilngly grim. How to deal with the relationship between the economic development and the environmental protection properly,realizing a win-win in both of them has been an important problem that the whole society faced together. With the combination of the sustainable development model in Datian village,Suichang county of Zhejiang province,this paper explores the relationship between the economic development and the environmental protection and puts forward some win-win countermeasures for the realization. |
