| Abstract: | The paper tries to make a preliminary judgment on the present real estate development from the following perspectives, including the investment, the real estate price, the supply and demand, the vacancy, the land price and the real estate finance, etc. Accordingly, it points out that the development of the real estate in the western regions is generally on the healthy track and that some cities have accumulated some kinds of risk factors, to which great attention should be paid. |
