摘    要:转型时期的大学德育已不能适应社会发展所提出的新要求 ,根本问题在于德育主体价值的丧失。德育创新的根本出路在于培养德育主体 ,这是道德本质及教育规律的内在要求 ,也是社会和大学生自身的现实需要。德育创新应在教师的主导作用下着重唤醒并提高学生的主体意识、尊重学生的主体地位、发展学生的主体能力和塑造学生的主体人格

Abstract:The university moral education haven't been suitable for the requirement of social development at the period of social transformation, the radical problem lies in value losing of the object of moral education. Thesolution of this problem lies in cultivating the subject of moral education, and it is the inherent requirement of the moral nature and education rule ,and the practical need of social development as well. Under the leading of teacher, moral education should attach importance to arouse and strengthen the students' subjective consciousness ,respect their status ,develop their competence and cultivate their personality.
