关系经济条件下的社会资本与农民增收

近几年来，我国农民人均纯收入的增长趋缓，城乡收入的差别越来越大，针对这种情况，理论界进行了很多有益的思考，并采取了一些实际措施，但实际效果并不令人满意。本文试图通过对关系经济下市场与政府双重调节而又双重失灵的研究，深入探讨了关系经济下的社会资本与农民增收的关系，认识到社会资本可以从农民就业、农村合作经济组织的建立、农民技能培训和职业教育等方面对农民增收起到一定的促进作用，提出了要在自组织系统、农民间的互相信任、国家的扶持等层次上来积累农民的社会资本，进而促进农民的收入提高。
