服务型政府视阈下提高我国政府信任关系研究

公众和政府之间良好的信任关系，是巩固和增强政治合法性的基础。服务型政府对服务精神的张扬和实践，是化解我国当前政府治理危机，提升政府信任的理想模式。但从服务型政府构建的现实背景下进行考察，随着我国公共事物管理日趋复杂，政府本身依然面临着有效治理的困境。因此，要通过合作治理，以及在此基础上相应的治理手段和方式的创新，才能进一步提升我国政府信任关系。

Improving the Trust Relationship between the Government and Publics at the Visual Threshold of Service- oriented Government

A good trust relationship between publics and government is the foundation of consolidating and strengthening the political legitimacy. Promotion and practice of the serving spirits by serviceoriented government make up an ideal measure of avoiding current administrative crisis the government is faced with and improving the faith in our government. But according to the real background of constructing serviceoriented government, it is presented that government itself are still faced with the difficult environment of effective administration with public affair management becoming increasingly complicated. Therefore, trust in our government can be further improved only by the cooperative administration and the innovation of corresponding administrative means and ways.
