| 摘 要： | 通过对中小股东网上投票的现状分析,总结了网上投票的基本情况,分析了存在的问题,提出了加强宣传力度、建立网络投票中介代理人机制、延长网络投票的期限、分类表决应引入投票率等对策。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the situation of online voting by medium and small shareholders is analyzed and sums up the existing problems,proposes the countermeasures to strengthen the propaganda,establish the online voting intermediary agent mechanism,lengthen online voting deadline,and introduce the classified vote ratio. |
