浅论网上证券公司在网上证券经纪中的法律责任及其完善

在我国,网上证券经纪是一个新兴业务,网上证券公司在开展网上证券经纪业务中出现了许多问题。总结了以上出现的这些问题,并阐述了由这些问题所引起的网上证券公司应承担的责任及责任承担的现状,在此基础上,提出了构建完善的网上证券公司法律责任承担制度的一些思考。

On the Legal Responsibility of Stock Brokerage Companies on the Internet in Their Stock Brokerage in Cyberspace and How to Perfect it

As a new business in China, the stock brokerage in cyberspace is being done by stock brokerage companies on the Internet, and many problems have been aroused. This paper summarizes and analyzes these problems. Also, this paper expounds the legal responsibility which is aroused by these problems and should be committed by these companies, and the status quo of the commitment as well. Based on this, this paper suggests how to construct a perfect system so that the stock broberage companies on the Internet will commit the legal responsibility.
