| 摘 要： | 本文从辨析和厘清英文词“truth”的三重含义入手:语句的真,真的语句,真的理论(语句体系),由此区分了原子论的真理观和整体论的真理观,前者把真理看作一个个真的语句,后者把真理看作一个个相对完整的理论体系;并且,还演绎出了三个很平凡的命题:只有一个真概念,但有许多的真理,真理常常表现为一个理论体系。留下一个问题有待进一步探讨:原子论的真理观和整体论的真理观能否协调?如何协调?

| Abstract: | Three levels of the meaning of 'truth' are distinguished and clarified: the truth of a sentence, true sentence(s), and true theoretical system, thereby the atomic conception of truth is distinguished from the holistic conception of truth. On the atomic view, truth(s) is (or are) one or many true sentence(s); on the holistic view, truth is only a true theoretical system. And three seeming trivial propositions about truth are argued: there is only one concept of truth, but there are many truths; truth is often regarded as a true theoretical system. There is still another difficult problem to be studied: Could the atomic conception of truth be reconciled with the holistic conception of truth If yes, how to reconcile the first with the second |
