| 摘 要： | 《春秋》决狱这一汉代出现的特殊审判方式,在中国封建时代的司法审判制度发展史上虽是转瞬即逝的现象,但其在审判活动中立足于儒家伦理精神和原则的法理解释、以及作为儒法结合的标志对中国封建法制的后世发展方向、特点有着深远的意义。
