| 摘 要： | 人的智能由知觉、记忆、学习、思维、理解等五个方面组成。本文分析了图书资料查询过程的智能活动 ,并将之分成两个阶段 :图书管理员的活动过程和读者的活动过程。文章对图书信息检索过程中的智能行为作了系统分析 ,总结了人的观察能力、记忆能力、实践能力、思维能力、想象能力
