| 摘 要： | 2 0 0 4年广东各类开发区和工业园区经过清理整顿后 ,已开始进入提高整体素质、增强综合竞争能力 ,谋求新发展的阶段。文章结合广东省实际 ,提出考核评价工业园区绩效的一套科学、简明、可靠的方法 ,以促进广东省工业园区健康发展 ,有效地提高工业园区经济效率 ,增强工业园区的综合竞争力 ,推动新型工业化进程和地方经济的发展

| Abstract: | After rectifying all kinds of Development Zones and Industry Zones in 2004, the Development and Industry Zones in Guangdong are entering a new period,in which the overall quality and comprehensive competition powers have been improved. This paper gives a set of scientific, concise, and reliable methods and indexes to evaluate the performance of the Industry Zones in Guangdong. The indexes system may be very useful in promoting the Industry Zones healthy development, improving efficiency of the Industry Zones economies, strengthening comprehensive competition powers and promoting new industrialization process and local economic developments. |
