| Abstract: | The system of people's complaint letters and visits can effectively protect people's legal rights,reflect the constitutional basis of people's rights,and accord with the realization of the aims of modern government which rules by law.Meanwhile,it can also exhibit the complementariness of the system of people's interest requests in an age of legal rights and the system of judicial assistance.Therefore,the system of people's complaint letters and visits has many functions and effects in the construction of a harmonious society. |
