基于产品服务系统／物料清单( PSS/BOM)的产品设计方法研究

针对传统的Pss下的产品设计的理论与方法的不足，提出了基于PSS和BOM的产品设计方法研究。根据服务的特征将服务划分为产品技术性服务( PTS)和产品管理性服务(PAS)，并给出了服务的2种组合关系；同时构建产品服务关联性矩阵( PSCM)建立产品技术性服务项目和原理构件元2者之间的联系，从而确立了产品与服务之间的相互映射关系；并利用物料清单( BOM)技术将其映射为产品BOM和服务BOM，以及构建各BOM之间的逻辑联系，并根据得到的产品BOM和服务BOM实现PSS下的产品设计；最后，以自助式洗衣机的进、排水系统为例，验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。研究证明该方法可提高产品的可适应性与可靠性。

Product Design Method Based on Product Service System and BOM

Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional theory and method of product design, a product design method basedon product service system and BOM was proposed, In this paper, according to the characteristics of the service, is theservices were divided into product technical service ( PTS) and product administrative service ( PAS) , and two kinds ofcombination relations of the service were given. At the same time, product service correlation matrix ( PSCM) wasconstructed to establish the relationship between the items of product technical service and the principle componentelements, so as to establish the mutual mapping relationship between the product and service, and use BOM technologyto map them as product-BOM and service-BOM, and construct the logical connection between BOM, then according tothe product-BOM and service-BOM obtained to achieve the product design that was based on PSS. In the end, thefeasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method were verified by the example of the inlet and drainage system of theself-help washing machine. The method could improve the adaptability and reliability of the product.
