对加强新建本科院校教师队伍建设提高教学质量的思考

办学的准确定位和学生的培养模式是指导学校教学宏观布局和实施教学过程管理的方向。教学型学校和应用型人才培养是我校的办学定位和学生的培养模式。从专科教学到本科教学的过渡时期,教师队伍存在一定的问题,这对新建本科院校教师队伍建设提出了新的要求。加大教学一线教师综合业务素质水平的建设和教师队伍的各项激励机制的管理显得尤为重要。

Considerations about Strengthening the Teacher Team's Construction and the Improvement of Teaching Quality in our New-built College

The exact teaching position and students' training model constitute the guiding direction to a college's teaching micro-arrangement and its teaching process management.In our college,the teaching-style school and applied student training model should be the main choice.There are some problems in our teacher team at the period of transition from junior college education to undergraduate course education,and these give our teacher team many new requirements to construct.Enhancing the management of the integrated professional skills and the encouragement system of teachers would be very important in our newly built college.
