| 摘 要： | 创造教育是以开发生创造能力、培养学生创造力为目标的教育，是世界教育改革的潮流。实施创造教育是一场深刻的变革，它涉及到教育思想、教育内容和教育方法改革等问题。实施创造教育要处理好创造教育与素质教育的关系，创造力的培养与传播知识的关系，教师作用与学生为主体的关系。
