| Abstract: | Sustainable development is the development which both promotes the harmony of people and the nature and safeguards permanent potential of future generations to full development, and which favours full development of society, economy, ecosystems and does not infringe the state sovereignty. It is both a goal and a right. The concept of sustainable development will have deep and profound impact on the contemporary international law as well as the human civilization. |
