| 摘 要： | 1964年3月25日,美国参议院外交委员会主席富布赖特在参议院发表了针对中国问题的《旧神话与新现实》的著名长篇演讲,目的是激励美国公众自由思考和讨论美国僵硬过时的对华政策,进而推动国内对华舆论朝着积极的方向进一步发展,并且建议美国在对华政策中增加灵活性。

| Abstract: | On March 25th,1964,as Chairman of Senate Foreign Relations Committee,Fulbright made a long and famous speech " Old Myths and New Realities" on China,with the purpose of encouraging American public to think and discuss freely about American stiff and out-dated policy towards China,then promoting the public ideas of China to further development positively and he suggested that the United State should add flexibility in its policy towards China. |
