| Abstract: | South Korea's political change is very remarkable in the third wave of democratization. This article reviews the process of South Korea's political change and discuss the factors influencing political transition with an emphasis on the rise of the civil society. Then, analyzes South Korea's political development in the post Authoritarianism period. |
