| 摘 要： | 资源的配置不仅是一个经济问题,而且也是一个法律问题.参与资源配置活动的主体的利益关系的处理是解决资源最佳配置的关键.本文通过对法律经济功能的分析,说明了法律的经济功能通过作用于资源的配置活动,能起到调整整个资源配置过程中各主体收益的分配关系的作用.

| Abstract: | The distribution of resources is a matter of both economics and law. It is the key to a most rational distribution of resources that a proper ratio of interest among those who participate in the distributing of resources is well established. This paper, by means of an analysis of the economic function of law, illustrates how it is capable, due to the distributing itself of resources, of adjusting the distribution of interest among the beneficiaries throughout the distributing procedure. |
