| 摘 要： | 在健美操教学与训练中,如何使健美操音乐与动作造型和谐搭配,使音乐与表现力相互拉动,是提高健美操表现力的关键。文章在分析健美操音乐特征和影响大学生健美操表现力因素的基础上,提出了用音乐促进表现力,使音乐与动作和谐搭配,“声”与“形”相互促进、相得益彰的思考。

| Abstract: | The expressiveness of calisthenics has conflicted factors and the music with striking sense of rhythm and characteristics of times is an important factor that shows its expressiveness.It's the key to improve the calisthenics expressiveness how to make the music of calisthenics harmonious with movement shyle and how to make music interact with expressiveness in calisthenics teaching and training.this paper suggests that music promotes expressiveness to make music harmonious with movements and "sound" and "movement" improved each other. |
