| 摘 要： | 针对目前新建本科院校实验室建设与管理中存在的问题进行分析,提出了解决问题的基本对策:更新高等教育理念,加强顶层设计,按照"集中建设、统一管理、提高效率、全面开放、资源共享"的原则进行规划,建章立制,以加强实验室软条件建设促进实验室的规范管理,保证实验室可持续健康发展。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the existing problems of laboratory construction and management in newly-established universities.The countermeasures proposed in this paper are： the educational philosophy of higher education should be updated;the top-level design should be strengthened;the principle of ＂intension of construction,centralization of management,increase of efficiency,all round opening,and resources sharing＂ should be realized;fundamental rules of development and mechanism should be established.The enhancement of the construction of soft condition can improve laboratory management and guarantee the sustainable development of laboratory construction. |
