农业供应链金融的运行机制研究

金融资源的短缺直接制约了我国农业生产的发展。近年来，供应链金融日益兴起，探寻供应链金融与农业供应链的契合之路也成为破解农户及中小型农业企业融资困境的新视角。农业供应链金融是商业银行的一项新兴的金融创新业务，有其自身的运行机理和运行模式，从运行载体、运行风险及运行环境三个方面构建农业供应链金融的运行保障机制，可以促进我国农业供应链金融的发展。

Research on the Operation Mechanism of Agricultural Supply Chain Finance

The shortage of financial resources directly restricts the development of agricultural production in China. In recent years, as the supply chain finance has been developing, it begins to be applied in agriculture, which provides a new method to alleviate the financing difficulty of farmers and small and medium agricultural en- terprises. Agricultural supply chain finance is an innovative business of commercial banks, which has its own oper- ation principle and operation mode. The operation guarantee mechanism of agricultural supply chain finance can be constructed from the three aspects of operating carrier, operating risk and operating environment, which will pro- mote the development of agricultural supply chain finance in China.
