| 摘 要： | 针对当前我国社会经济发展和城市化进程中,农村建设用地流转的日渐活跃而引发的一系列新的问题,从考察农村建设用地流转的现状及其存在的问题着手,在对农村建设用地流转的原因及其合理性进行思考的基础上,通过完善相关法律制度,以期对农村建设用地流转进行合理规范．

| Abstract: | As the important constituent of rural collective land,based on the economic law, the rural construction land needs to be transacted to realize the goal of optimum disposition. Presently,along with development of economy and speeding up of urbanized advancement, the transaction of the rural construction land is being active.But,a series of new questions have appeared.By inspecting the present situation and analyzing the questions,based on pondering over the reason and rationality of the rural construction land,the duty of this article is to try to consummate relative legal systems,to carry on the transaction of the rural construction land reasonably. |
