| Abstract: | Sending ambassadors was one of the important forms of which royal court participated in local government administration during LiuSong period in southern Dynasty.It was a method of that royal government to reinforce contact and control local government.Envoys had maintained public order,raised administrative efficiency and strengthened centralization of state power by means of comforting,aiding different local people and supervising local officers. |
