The AGENCY Computer Simulation Model

AGENCY is a computer simulation model developed to emulate service delivery in a mental health center, but broadly applicable to most human service delivery organizations. Definition of the service providing agency is input to the program from a separate data file, so the program is extremely flexible and general. Initial validation results are positive. The program is written in SIMULA to run on a DEC-10.
