| 摘 要： | 赤霉素的测定大都使用荧光计法,本文则提出一种快速分光光度法。方法使用福林反应。由于选用了适当的测量波长,以消除试样溶液中杂质对吸光度的影响;提出了试样的快速提取剂,显著加速了试样溶液的制备过程;研究了测定中的各个环节,从而简化了操作手续,大大提高了分析速度,增进了测定精度,与荧光法此较,获得了一致的结果。

| Abstract: | A rapid spectrophotometric method for the determination of gib- berellins was developed.The method based on Folin's colour reaction.The ab- sorbance was proposed to measure at 680 nm to eliminate the interference usu- ally occurred in the sample solution.An 1% NaHCO_3 solution had been found and used to make the preparation process of sample solution predominantly accelerated.The analytical conditions were fully studied and discussed.The results obtained were in good agreement with those of fluorometric determina- tions. |
