超循环理论:高校教育管理研究的新进路

摘    要:复杂适应性系统研究成果的应用在高校具有普适性。教育管理的超循环理论探索则是教育管理复杂适应性系统研究的新进路。在超循环理论视野下,高校教育管理的向度及有效性,不断促进学习者主体和教育主客体的发展。在其研究内涵上,表现为教育管理中的交叉催化问题,涵盖了研究催化的内生属性,选择催化的外生条件,培育交叉催化关系等主要层面。工作的着力点主要包括:充分循环利用系统内的物质能量和信息;采用促进人才岗位流动的举措;促进交叉催化的发生等重要手段与方法的创新。

Abstract:The exploration of supercycle theory of the administration of education is a new approach in the study of the complicated adaptability system of the administration of education.The view of the supercycle theory is that the degree and effectivity of the administration of education in colleges and universities can promote the development of the subjective study and the host and objective education endlessly.The connotation of the study appears as the problem of crossed catalysis of the administration of education,which covers the study of the endogenetic property of catalysis,the choice of the ectogenetic condition and the cultivation of the crossed catalysis.The center of effort includes: utilizing the material energy and the information circularly;adopting a approach to enhancing the flow of post of the talented man;promoting the creation of the occurrence of crossed catalysis.
