中国社会阶层固化趋势及其治理研究

改革开放以来,中国经济持续增长,人们的物质和文化需求得到极大满足,但也出现了以收入差距扩大为主要特征的不平等现象,社会流动出现障碍,能否据此就判定中国社会出现了阶层固化还是一个需要深入讨论的课题。从社会分层理论出发,深入理解社会流动和阶层固化的内涵,对中国社会流动总体态势做出基本判断,全面分析形成阶层固化的因素,以寻求促进社会流动更为合理的中国方案。

On the Trend of Class Solidification in Chinese Society and its Governance

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has continued to grow,and people’s material and cultural needs have been greatly met.However,there still came some inequalities such as widening income gap,obstacle to social mobility.It is a topic of further discussion whether class solidification has come into being in China.Based on social stratification theory,we can understand the connotation of social mobility and class solidification,produce a basic judgment of the overall situation of social mobility,and make a comprehensive analysis of the reasons of class solidification so as to seek a more reasonable strategy to promote social mobility in China.
