中亚共同体:成长与挑战

文章以冷战后的中亚为背景,论述中亚共同体从中亚联盟到中亚经济共同体、再到中亚合作组织的转变过程。同时,在地区认同感、经济发展水平、主权让渡、合作意愿等方面分析中亚共同体的制约因素。在此基础上,阐述中亚国家为建立具有自身特点的一体化机制而采取的措施。通过增强各国间的相互信任,培育地区认同感;抓好制度建设,完善法律基础;充分发掘各国资源潜力,积极探索创新一体化的路径等途径,建构中亚共同体的战略设计与对策选择,探讨解决中亚一体化的重大理论和实践问题。

Central Asian Community: Growth and Challenge

Taking post-cold war Central Asia as the background,the paper discusses the overall transitional process of Central Asian Ecommunity,i.e.from Central Asia Federation to Central Asia economic Community and Central Asia Cooperation Organization.Meanwhile,it gives analysis of the restrictive factors of the Central Asian community in the aspects of regional identity,economic development, sovereign transfer and willingness to cooperate, etc.On this basis,the paper expounds the steps the Central Asian countries should take to establish the integration mechanism with its own characteristics.
