| 摘 要： | 1962年的新疆伊塔事件，是一起非常典型的民族性突发事件。在中国政府对伊塔事件的应对与处置中，既有值得总结的经验，也有需要反思的教训。因此，以新疆伊塔事件为个案，从历史的角度总结和反思民族性突发事件的应对与处置，具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。

| Abstract: | The Event of Yita,Xinjiang which happened in l962 is a typical ethical emergency in China.Even though it had passed a long time,today we not only can find some good experience but also can learn many lessons from the ways in which the Chinese Government handled it,Hence,it would be of great academic and realistic significance to summarize and reflect the dispositions of the ethical emergencies with this event as an example from the aspect of history. |
