| 摘 要： | 本文在深入研究宁夏金融支持新农村建设的现状、成绩及存在问题的基础上，提出了金融支持新农村建设的对策建议：扩大资金来源，增加资金供给；创新金融产品，拓展服务领域；加强金融机构建设，提供良好服务；加快农业保险改革步伐；创新非正式（农村民间金融）金融投入；建设农村信用环境。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the thorough study on the present situation, present achievements and existing problems in the building of “new rural countries” in Ningxia, the essay proposes some suggestions to the problems of financial supports ： enlarge the source of funds, increase the supplement of funds, create new financial products, broaden the service fields, strengthen the financial construction, supply the better services, quicken the reform of rural insurance, create the informal financial investment and improve the rural credit environment. |
