| 摘 要： | 文章根据资本资产定价模型(CAPM)和博弈论(Game theory),对电力市场中电力企业的投资行为进行了分析,得出了在私有制下企业投资不足和公有制下企业投资过剩的基本结论,并在保证供给义务的前提下,分析和提出了解决投资不足和投资过剩问题的规制政策.

| Abstract: | According to the CAPM and Game Theory, this article offers an analysis of the investment conduct of generating enterprises in the electric power market, and comes to the basic conclusion that the market investment appear to be a lack in private enterprises, but a surplus in the state-owned enterprises. In order to solve the lack or surplus problems, concerning policies and regulations are also discussed and provided on the premises of the guarantee of duty supply. |
