| 摘 要： | 地区中立化政策对马来西亚与东盟的发展都产生了深远影响。20世纪60年代末期马来西亚在面临复杂的国际国内形势下提出了地区中立化主张。马来西亚的地区中立化政策在各时期涵义有所不同。最初提出时理想色彩浓厚,后来又融入了区域抵抗力的涵义,冷战结束后,又吸收了大国平衡的思想。

| Abstract: | Malaysian Neutralization policy has imposed far- teaching effects on Malaysia and ASEAN.It is in the face of the complicated international and domestic situations that Malaysia proposed Neutralization policy in the late 1960s.The mean- ing of Malaysia's Neutralization policy is different in different periods.It is ideal at first and later absorbed the meaning of the regional resistance and balance of Great Powers. |
